Our favorite cakes, cookies and candies are no longer made out of real ingredients. If you take a stroll down the snack aisle in just about any grocery store (even organic ones), you will find a plethora of processed snacks whose nutrition labels contain an endless list of artificial and genetically modified ingredients. Needless to say, this is not good for our bodies. All of our old school favorites like M&M’s, tootsie rolls and peanut butter cups all contain fake ingredients, are GMOs and contain soy. And because we have been eating these candies for 20-30-40 years, we don’t bother to read the ingredients to see what we are putting into our family’s bodies.
I implore all of you to read the ingredients on all of the snacks you buy (cereal too), and make sure that the ingredients are organic and do not contain soybeans, soybean oil, soy lecithin or lecithin. This is no small feat my friends, just about every processed food product contains soy, which is a phytoestrogen, and too much can potentially cause cancer. My opinion is that this is by design to assist in the depopulation agenda. In response I have begun to make my own sweet snacks from scratch using mostly organic ingredients from the few companies that sell them (or so they say they are).
The problem we have is trusting the food manufacturers with supplying us with healthy food products, but that conflicts with their agenda of more profits. And although they mark their products as “organic,” are they really? How do you know for sure? The only way to know for sure is to grow your own food. That way you know exactly what you are putting into your mouth and body. As a people, blacks are 100% dependent on other people to provide us with food sustenance – and that is a very dangerous game we are playing. If they close all of the stores, then what will we eat? How long would we be able to survive without food? We laugh at people who hunt and kill game, but they would be able to survive if all the stores shut down. Would you? What would you do if the water supply was cut off from your neighborhood (because I don’t know). Food for thought.
Do your research guys. Remember we must start doing what is in our own best interests for survival. Not just to live, but to live well.
